Description

More and more health-conscious families are switching over to the natural whole grain goodness of Brown Rice. Essentially, the process that produces this nutty-flavoured healthy rice removes the outermost layer, that is, the hull of the rice kernel, which helps protect and retain its rich nutritional value. It is a medium-long fragrant whole grain brown rice with only the outer husk removed, leaving most of the rice kernel's nutritional value intact. This whole grain rice retained much of their nutrients as the bran and germ part of the grain remained intact even after the rice processing process. Hence, the rice has a better balance between calorie content and other essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and protein compared to regular white rice. Our whole grain MEWAH Brown Rice is gluten-free and packed with various health-preserving benefits for your daily consumption!
